Who it covers
New Crunchit Analytics subscriptions bought online at crunchitfs.com for 1 to 10 shops. One guarantee per company. It doesn't cover Crunchit 100 members, multi-shop groups on their own agreement, restarts of a plan you canceled before, or a standalone P&L Blueprint purchase.
When your 30 days start
The day both of these are done: your QuickBooks Online company is connected, and your three shop management reports to start (gross profit, labor hours and cycle time) are uploaded. If you signed up more than one shop, one shop with all three is enough. Until both are done, the clock hasn't started.
What you do
Ask Daphne at least 10 questions before you ask for your money back. Every message you send her counts as one, whoever on your team sends it.
How to ask
Reply to any email from us, or tell us through Feedback in the app. Do it any time during your 30 days or up to 7 days after they end. No form and no reason needed. If you tell us it wasn't worth it, that's enough.
What you get back
Your first month's payment in full. That's $189.50 for one shop, or your full first month's charge if you signed up more shops. It goes back to the card you paid with. We send it within 2 business days of your request, and your bank usually shows it 5 to 10 business days after that.
What happens to your account
Your subscription is canceled and your account closes when the refund goes through. You won't be charged again.
If you never get set up
If QuickBooks isn't connected or the reports never get uploaded, the guarantee never starts. You can still cancel anytime from the billing page, and you won't be charged for the next month.
What this is not
It's a promise about your money back, not a promise that your profit will go up. What you do with what Daphne shows you is your call.
