Privacy Policy

How we handle your information.

Effective October 13, 2026 · Replaces the policies previously published at www.crunchitfs.com and the100.crunchitfs.com

Crunchit Financial Services (“Crunchit,” “we,” “us”) serves collision repair businesses in three ways: this website, the Crunchit Analytics application (“the Service”), and bookkeeping and CFO engagements. This policy covers all three. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your business’s financial data for advertising.

1. This website

What we collect. Standard web-server and analytics data: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, browser and device type. We use Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. If you email us or book a discovery call, we receive what you send: your name, email address, phone number and business name.

Booking and email. Discovery calls are scheduled through a third-party booking tool (link.crunchitfs.com). Information you enter there is handled by that provider on our behalf and used to schedule and confirm your call. If you give us your email address we may send occasional updates about Crunchit; every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

What we don’t do. No advertising pixels, no sale of visitor data, no targeted-advertising networks.

2. Crunchit Analytics (the Service)

Account information. Name, email address, phone number, business name and shop locations — provided by you or your business when your account is set up.

QuickBooks Online data. If your business connects its QuickBooks Online account, we access accounting reports (such as profit & loss and balance sheet data) through Intuit’s official API, with your explicit authorization via Intuit’s consent screen. We store monthly summary figures and report details to power your dashboard and analysis. You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time, which stops all further access. If you approve a budget in the Service and choose to send it to QuickBooks, we write only that budget, using the same authorization.

Operational data. Repair-order and production reports your business chooses to upload from its shop management system (CCC or equivalent). These may contain customer names, vehicle descriptions and repair-order numbers; we use them only to compute figures for your business and never share them with anyone else.

Usage data. Conversations with Daphne (our analysis assistant), dashboard settings and feedback you send, retained so the Service can function and improve your experience.

How we use it. Solely to provide the Service to your business: your dashboards, reports, benchmarks and analysis. We do not share one business’s identifiable data with another. Aggregated, de-identified benchmarks may be used to give members industry context, and only for businesses that opt in to the benchmark pool.

Storage and security. Data is stored in access-controlled databases hosted with reputable cloud providers in the United States. QuickBooks access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to retrieve the reports described above. Access to member data within Crunchit is limited to personnel who need it to operate the Service.

Third-party processors. The Service relies on trusted processors to operate — cloud and database hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and AI model providers that power Daphne’s analysis. These providers process data on our behalf under contract and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Your choices. You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from within the Service or via Intuit’s connected-apps settings. You may delete uploaded reports yourself. You may request deletion of your business’s data by contacting us; we will delete it except where retention is required by law or by an active engagement.

3. Bookkeeping and CFO engagements

When Crunchit keeps your books or provides CFO services, we work inside your own accounting file (typically QuickBooks Online) and with the shop management reports, bank and payroll records you provide. That information belongs to you. The engagement agreement you sign governs how it is accessed, who at Crunchit may see it, how long we keep working papers, and what happens when the engagement ends; where that agreement and this policy differ, the agreement controls. We never sell or share client financial information, and we disclose it only as you direct (for example, to your CPA or lender) or as required by law.

4. Everyone

Children. Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.

Legal requests. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Crunchit, our clients or others.

Changes. We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes are communicated to members and clients directly.

Contact. Questions about this policy: support@crunchitfs.com. Crunchit Financial Services is based in Texas, and this policy is governed by Texas law.
