Bill owned and operated collision repair shops for thirty years — thirteen locations across four transactions. Along the way he came to a conclusion most owners reach eventually: the tax and financial systems around a body shop are not built with the owner in mind. Accountants focus on compliance, not growth. Advisors recommend generic products. Nobody in the room has ever written a supplement or waited on a DRP check.
He founded Crunchit to change that: to simplify the financial side of running a shop, find the opportunities hiding in the numbers, and help owners keep more of what they earn. Crunchit works exclusively with auto body shops. It is the strategic partner he wishes he’d had.
