Terms of Service
The terms for working with Crunchit.
Effective October 13, 2026 · Replaces the terms previously published at www.crunchitfs.com and the100.crunchitfs.com
These terms are between you (or the business you represent) and Crunchit Financial Services (“Crunchit”). They cover this website, the Crunchit Analytics application (“the Service”), and, in outline, our bookkeeping and CFO services. By using the website or the Service you agree to them. You must be 18 or older and authorized to act for your business.
1. This website
The content on crunchitfs.com — text, reports, sample materials, logos and design — belongs to Crunchit and may not be copied or republished without permission. Information on the site is general and educational; it is not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice for your situation. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
2. Crunchit Analytics (the Service)
Who may use it. The Service is for collision repair businesses — subscribers, partner members and members of the Crunchit 100 program — and their authorized users. Accounts are personal to your business; do not share login credentials. Crunchit may suspend access for misuse or non-payment under your subscription or membership agreement, which governs fees and program terms.
Subscriptions and billing. Self-serve subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown when you sign up, plus any additional shops you add, and continue until canceled. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal inside the Service; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial-month refunds are given. Members of the Crunchit 100 and multi-shop (MSO) accounts are billed under their own agreements. The standalone P&L Blueprint is a one-time purchase, delivered on payment.
Your data and connections. You retain ownership of your business data. By connecting QuickBooks Online or uploading operational reports, you authorize Crunchit to retrieve and process that data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect data sources at any time.
Not professional advice. The Service provides analysis and educational insight based on your data and industry experience. Daphne is software, not a licensed accountant or advisor. It is not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Decisions about your business remain yours; consult your own professional advisors where appropriate.
Acceptable use. Do not attempt to access other members’ data, interfere with the Service, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product. Do not upload unlawful content or data you do not have the right to share.
Availability and changes. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve. Figures shown depend on the accuracy and freshness of your connected sources and uploaded reports.
Termination. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination your data connections are disabled and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
3. Bookkeeping and CFO services
Bookkeeping, CFO services, the Comprehensive Assessment and the Crunchit 100 are provided under a written engagement agreement between Crunchit and your business. That agreement sets the scope, fees, term, responsibilities and confidentiality terms of the work, and it controls over these terms wherever the two differ. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide those services until an engagement agreement is signed.
4. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and the Service are provided “as is,” and Crunchit’s total liability arising from the website or the Service is limited to the fees paid by your business for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Liability under an engagement agreement is governed by that agreement. Crunchit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from your use of the website or the Service.
5. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before either party files a lawsuit, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by discussion, and if that fails, by mediation. Any claim that is not resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes are communicated to members and clients directly. Questions: support@crunchitfs.com.
