At the same sales volume, those two gaps add up to $8,400 in potential gross profit. Let’s check what caused them.
WHERE TO LOOK FIRST
Target gaps, not guaranteed recovery.
What’s inside
One place for the numbers — and someone to ask about them.
Ask Daphne
A natural-language expert who reads your books and your floor. Every number she states comes from a calculation in code, over your data — never an estimate.
Dashboard
Pin what you want to watch — a margin, a car count, a supplement rate — and it stays live as your books and reports update. Every card says which period it covers.
CFO Insights
Where you stand against a 15% net goal, what closes the gap, cash reserve, debt coverage, receivable days and a 12-month forecast. An executive summary written for an owner.
Budget Builder
Draft a budget from your books or build one backwards from a profit goal, approve it on screen, and send it straight into QuickBooks. Then track plan vs. actual every month.
P&L Blueprint
The monthly diagnostic: revenue, gross profit and net in one view, category margins graded against your own targets, and a plain-English action plan.
Multi-shop & MSO
Owners see every location and the company roll-up. Regionals and managers see their shops. Compare locations without averaging percentages — the math is done on the dollars.
Two lenses, one story
The books say what happened to the money. The floor says why.
The financial truth
Connect once. Daphne reads the P&L and balance sheet, backfills history, and keeps syncing nightly. Every dollar she states comes from the books.
The operational record
Three reports a month — gross profit, labor hours, cycle time — straight from CCC or your management system. Hours, car count, mix and supplements: the reasons behind the margins.
The expert in the middle
“How many more cars for $5,000 more a month?” is answered from your real average RO and gross margin. A $2/hour raise is costed on the hours your techs actually flag.
The decisions behind the numbers
You shouldn’t have to guess
what your shop can afford.
Ask Daphne before you commit to the next raise, equipment purchase or location.
Sales are up. Why isn’t there more cash?”
Profit and cash are different things. Work through margins, expenses and the timing of money coming in and going out.
How many more cars for $5,000 more a month?”
Answered from your real average RO and gross margin — not a rule of thumb.
What would a $2 flat-rate raise cost?”
Worked out from the hours your techs actually flag, with the labor margin after the change.
Which of my shops needs attention?”
Compare locations, spot margin differences and focus your next conversation with each shop’s team.

Before you get started
A few things you may be wondering.
Do I need to change bookkeepers to use Crunchit Analytics?
No. Crunchit Analytics and the standalone P&L Blueprint work with your existing books and bookkeeper. Apply to the Crunchit 100 only if you want our team to handle the books as well.
Who is Daphne?
Daphne is the expert inside Crunchit Analytics — the one you talk to. She reads your QuickBooks and your shop management reports, does the math in code, and answers the way an experienced shop operator would.
Can I use it for more than one shop?
Yes. Sign up online for 1–10 shops. Your first shop is $137.50/month and each additional shop is $75/month. For more than 10 locations, book a call to discuss pricing and receive an invitation.
What do I need to get started?
A QuickBooks Online file. Connect it and Daphne has your books, including history. Three shop management reports a month (gross profit, labor hours, cycle time) add the floor to the story — recommended, never required.
Is the sample report based on a real customer?
No. The sample uses illustrative numbers and a fictional business, displayed in our actual Blueprint report design. Your report reflects the financial information available for your business.
