P&L Blueprint
Your shop is busy.
So where’s the profit?
Send us a P&L — a photo by text, or an upload — and get back a report in plain English: your margins by category, graded against collision-repair targets, and where the money is leaking. No app, no login, no bookkeeping change.
$59 per report · Included every month with Crunchit Analytics
What you get
One page that tells you where to look first.
The big picture
Revenue, gross profit and net profit in one view, with the month graded the way an experienced operator would grade it.
Category margins
Labor, parts, paint & materials and sublet — each against a target, each with the dollars the gap is worth at your volume.
Where the money leaks
Opportunities ranked by size: the margin gaps, the expense lines that broke pattern, the one-offs that explain a weak month.
What to do next
An action plan in shop language — what to check with your estimators, your techs and your bookkeeper, in that order.

A few things people ask.
Is the P&L Blueprint the same as the Comprehensive Assessment?
No. The Blueprint is a report built from your P&L. The Comprehensive Assessment is a $950 hands-on teardown by our team — CCC configuration, chart of accounts, WIP, sync — that starts a bookkeeping or CFO engagement. See Services.
What should my P&L look like?
A standard QuickBooks profit & loss for one month works best, with income and cost of goods broken out by category (labor, parts, paint & materials, sublet). Totals-only statements get a partial grade and the report says so.
Do I need to change bookkeepers?
No. Nothing about your books changes. If you later want our team on the books, that is the Crunchit 100.
